This is one of my family’s favorite recipes! Everyone always fights over the ends, so these meatloaves save the best for everyone! They’re so easy and so tasty!
Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine meat, egg, 3/4 cup ketchup, bread crumbs, parsley, onion, mustard, and seasoned salt. Mix thoroughly, shape into 8 loaves. Place in a 9″x13″ baking pan.
Combine the remaining 1/2 cup ketchup, basil, and oregano; spoon over loaves. Bake for 35 minutes or until done (165°F on a meat thermometer).
Note: If you want it more sauce on top (like us!), double the ketchup and the basil for the sauce.
