Hungry Boy’s Meatloaf

Description
A sweet and juicy meatloaf.
Ingredients
- 1-½ pound Lean Ground Beef
- ⅓ cups Milk
- ⅓ cups Finely Chopped Onion
- 13 whole Saltine Crackers Crumbled
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ⅛ teaspoons Black Pepper
- ¼ cups Ketchup, Plus Extra For The Dish And Topping
- 2 Tablespoons Sweet N' Smoky BBQ Sauce, Plus Extra For Topping
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
Preparation
Combine all ingredients together, except brown sugar. Form meat into a loaf. In a baking dish, squirt additional ketchup to cover the bottom of dish. Then sprinkle brown sugar over top. Place loaf on top of the sugar and ketchup layer. Top loaf with more ketchup and then extra BBQ sauce. Place a lid on the dish and put it in the oven.
Note: ketchup and BBQ sauce used for the dish and the top of the loaf are extra and not measured out in the ingredient list above.
