These can be used as really big meatballs (kids love them) or on their own. The beauty of making these in a huge batch is that we freeze them and just take out 2 per person when we need something fast.
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix everything together by hand in a large bowl. Roll small portions into balls that will fit easily inside your palm (about 3oz).
Place balls into a muffin pan (each ball gets into own spot). Bake about 30 minutes.
If freezing: Cool completely and then place into freezer safe container or bag.
To reheat, place meatballs on a baking pan and heat at 350 for about 10-15 minutes. Or microwave those suckers
