Bacon and chipotle in adobo sauce give this burger flavor and heat.
Cut up the two slices of bacon into small pieces using kitchen shears. Finely dice the peppers (or pop them in the food processor). Mix bacon, peppers and ground beef thoroughly. Add some of the adobo sauce from the can if you want it a bit hotter. Form into patties.
Grill burgers to desired doneness.

This was good but 3 peppers was a little too much heat for me. I will try it next time with 1.5 or 2. The burgers were also a little too greasy. Next time I will try cooking the bacon bits first and draining the grease before mixing them in with the beef & peppers. The flavor was delicious!
