Quick, simple, economical meal.
In a medium skillet over medium heat, saute minced onions in butter until brown.
Add ground beef, flour, garlic salt, salt, Accent and pepper to skillet; cook until hamburger is no longer pink.
Drain mixture and return to skillet. Add mushrooms, soy sauce and mustard to hamburger mixture and cook until hot. Remove from heat.
Just before serving, add sour cream to hamburger mixture. Serve over steamed white rice.

I made this last night and really liked it! I didn’t use any Accent and I cut down a little bit of the salt (added a little more than a dash of the garlic salt). I also served it over wide egg noodles rather than rice–that’s how my dad did it! Thanks for the recipe!
