Easy and family pleasin’! Creamy sauce filled with ‘shrooms over egg noodles. What’s not to love?!
In a large skillet, melt butter. Add onions and cook until tender. Add ground beef, cook until meat is browned. Mix in flour and mushrooms, stir together. Add cream of chicken soup, mix together and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add sour cream and parsley, stir together and warm through.
Serve over warm egg noodles with a salad and crusty bread.
