A tasty quick and easy home version of curry, popular in Hawaiian homes.
Fry onion in oil over medium heat until onion is translucent.
Add ground beef and fry until evenly browned. Drain fat.
Add can of vegetables with its liquid.
Mix flour with cold water, then add to the pan.
Bring to a boil. Add curry powder. Start with 2 teaspoons and check the taste. Add more if desired.
Add salt and pepper to taste and simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken the gravy.
Serve over rice or noodles.
