This recipe is a family favorite. It is quick and easy to make and I’m sure you will love it.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat till shimmering but not smoking. Fry onions and garlic, stirring occasionally till translucent, about 2 minutes. Add ground beef and chop repeatedly till beef has desired consistency. Halfway though frying the meat, about 5 minutes, drain the excess grease. If you don’t have extra grease, skip this step. When ground beef is finished , about 10 minutes total frying, add in remainder of ingredients. Stir till combined and simmer till liquid has reduced and thickened, about 5 minutes. Mixture will not be completely dry, but will not be runny either.
Feel free to add stuff into the taco meat. I will occasionally add a can of beans or a diced pepper.
Serve with tortillas and your favorite taco toppings.

These look just the thing to feed the family tonight. My kids are very suspicious of ANYTHING new, but these look mild enough to please them yet tasty enough that we’ll enjoy them too! ALWAYS on the lookout for tried-and-tested family favourites! Thanks very much

They look yummy.. Do they have beans in them? It looks like they do but don’t see beans listed.
