The classic of all tacos.
For the taco seasoning:
Blend ingredients in small bowl. Set aside amount needed for taco meat. Store remainder in covered container in pantry.
For the taco meat:
In a large skillet, brown ground beef until no longer pink. Stir in minced onion, tomato sauce and taco seasoning and mix well. Increase heat to a mild boil. Add in cornstarch and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on taco shells and garnish as desired.
