Marinating this lean cut of beef makes it moist and flavorful.
Combine all marinade ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Place meat in marinade and allow to sit at least 6 hours, overnight is best. Remove from the refrigerator and allow to sit for 30 minutes before grilling.
Grill 15 minutes per side on a medium grill. Rotate a quarter turn after 7 minutes on each side to get the charred grill marks. Allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
