This is my grandma’s recipe for meatloaf that quickly became my husband’s favorite. It makes awesome sandwiches.
Combine the meatloaf ingredients and gently press into a loaf pan. Mix the remaining sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over the meatloaf.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for 90 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes and remove from the pan, slice and serve.
It is great cold, in a sandwich the next day.

I forgot to mention, if you use dried bread crumbs, rather than fresh bread crumbs, increase your milk a little bit. It does get dry with dried one. I pulse the crusts from bread and left over pieces in the food processor and then store in a zipper bag in the freezer, then I always have fresh ones on hand.

I love this recipe! Not only do adults love it but my one year old twin boys love it so much I have to worry about them shoving their mouths too full. It is fast easy and delicious.

This was a tasty meatloaf I think mainly due to the milk. I substituted oats for the breadcrumbs which may have added to it being moist. The sauce was a little sweet on top but had good flavor.

I love the sauce on this, it was very yummy. The inside was a bit dry, but overall a good variation from my regular meatloaf recipe.
