These delicious burgers have a traditional taste, with a special flair!
Season beef with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with garlic and parsley. Knead to mix. When spices are evenly mixed, make two patties and cook over medium heat, turning several times. When halfway done, split buns and butter both sides. Lay buns on pan and toast until browned. Then place on top of burgers and steam.
