A delicious burger topped with Swiss cheese and garlic Parmesan mushrooms.
You’ll want to start off by sauteing the mushrooms in the butter, minced garlic, and a bit of salt and pepper. Cover with a lid while they cook.
While those are cooking, place the beef patties on a grill and sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper on top. Five minutes before they are done, place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each burger and toast the hamburger buns. When Swiss cheese is melted, take off the grill.
When the mushrooms are done cooking, sprinkle them with the Parmesan cheese. Kraft makes a great container of Parmesan, Asiago and Romano cheese that tastes perfect with this. Mix the parmesan cheese and mushrooms together.
Slide a burger on a bun, top with mushrooms and enjoy!
