French Bread Tacos

Description
One of my favorite dishes growing up.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf French Bread
- 1-½ pound Hamburger
- 1 envelope (1 Oz. Packet) Taco Seasoning
- 1 package (8 Oz. Package) Cream Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Mozzarella/Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
First, brown your hamburger. Drain the grease, and then add in your taco seasoning and stir until fully mixed.
Cut out the top of a loaf of French bread. “Butter” the bread with softened cream cheese. Spread the top of the cream-cheese-coated bread with the meat mixture and grated cheese of your choice. Cover with the top of the bread.
Note: you can also add pepperoni, mushrooms, etc.
Wrap in tin foil, bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes and enjoy.
