Description

This marinade is unbelievably amazing! The flank steak will just melt in your mouth, it is just sinfully good!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Flank Steak
  • 1 cup Cooking Oil
  • ½ cups Honey
  • ½ cups Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Ginger (NOT Fresh)
  • 1 dash Balsamic Vinegar (just A Splash)
  • 1 dash Black Pepper (just A Shake Or Two)
  • 1 dash Garlic Powder, To Taste

Preparation

Mix all marinade ingredients together until well blended. Pour marinade over flank steak in a baking dish and cover. (Or put flank steak in a large ziploc and pour marinade over the steak, seal ziploc.)

Put flank steak in the fridge and leave it there for 12-24 hours for optimal marinating. Turn flank steak over occasionally to marinate both sides. Cook on the grill, 7-10 minutes each side, turning frequently to avoid burning. Slice on the grain and serve.
