This was one of my favorites, growing up, and still is. The flavor combination is just right. The leftovers are even good cold!
Preheat broiler. Place beef on rack in broiling pan. Broil 3-5 inches from heat source, for 20 minutes for rare (or until desired doneness), turning once.
While cooking, in a small bowl, with fork, mix the rest of the ingredients.
When the steak is done, spread mixture over the top. Broil 2 more minutes, until topping is hot and bubbly.
