The ground beef is organic, the sauce is thick and the taste is rich in flavor. Simply everything you need in classic organic beef tacos.
Heat a pan over medium to high heat. Add ground beef pan and use a wooden spoon to move the meat around in the pan, cooking until it is brown.
Add bell pepper and stir. Add onion and garlic. Stir until soft.
Sprinkle chili powder and stir, then add cumin, followed by tomato puree. Keep stirring as you add vegetable stock. Finally, add kidney beans and simmer for 30–60 minutes.
Warm the taco shells and divide beef mixture among shells.
