The name says it all – a flavorful meatloaf with the added attraction of CHEESE!
Mix the ground beef, steak seasoning, crackers, egg and salsa together well.
Form 2/3 of the mixture into a loaf and create a well in the middle of the loaf. Fill the well with the cheese and then cover with the rest of the meat mixture, making sure to pinch the cheese well closed.
Bake the loaf at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes. Take the loaf out and cover the top with the BBQ sauce, and place back in the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
