This is slow cooked beef, gravy and potatoes. Serve it with fresh flour tortillas and lots of cheese. You will not be disapointed!
In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the oil over medium/high heat.
Coat the meat with the flour, salt and pepper. Brown the meat until browned on all sides. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 3 or more hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve with warm flour tortillas and lots of cheese!

Thanks so much for posting this! I remember eating this as a child when I would spend my summers there. Any more?
