Tacos you can’t stop eating.
First slice onion into thin pieces and cut oranges in half. Spread meat out in a pan for marinating. Place onions on top of the meat and sprinkle with garlic salt and black pepper. Squeeze oranges over top. Be sure to cover generously. Add more if needed. Let marinate for several hours.
Cook meat on the grill until done to your liking. Chop meat into chunks and serve on tortillas with fresh guacamole and pico de gallo. Serve with cheese and other toppings if so desired.
