Hamburger Steaks topped with caramelized onions and blue cheese! So simple and so good!
In a saute pan, place the butter and onions. Cook on medium low for 20-25 minutes and stir a few times throughout the cooking process. Then season with a pinch of salt when done cooking.
Mix and form 4 hamburger steak patties (with beef, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and basil). Cook in a saute pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil for 4 minutes per side over high heat.
Top each steak patty with 1 tablespoon of blue cheese and caramelized onions.

I made this yesterday, with regular steak instead of hamburger steaks. It was really easy and my husband and I loved them!

I make a version of this with purple onions that I caramelize and then add a few tablespoons of balsamic vinegar to and let it reduce a bit. Onions, blue cheese and beef is a flavor combo made in Heaven!
