Delicious and juciy with an unexpected twist.
1. Heat your grill (I use a George Foreman grill).
2. In a medium glass bowl, mix ground meat with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
3. Divide into 4 equal parts and form into patties.
4. Then grill for about 8 minutes or until center is cooked.
5. Place cheese on top of patties until melted, about 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the mayo:
1. In a small to medium bowl mix mayo, basil, lemon juice and salt with a whisk until well combined.
2. Then cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve burgers on buns spread with the lemon-basil mayo.
