Cubed steak with blue cheese and red onions.
Heat broiler. Salt and pepper steaks and put on a broiling pan (coat the broiler rack with nonstick spray).
Slice red onion thinly and saute in a little olive oil or butter until onions are soft, not burnt.
Put 1 tablespoon of crumbled blue cheese on top of each steak and put under the broiler until the steak is done to your liking. On the last minute or two, top the onions onto each steak and heat through. Serve warm.

I love this! I think blue cheese and purple onions go great on darn near everything!
