Description

Juicy burger with crunchy ciabatta, arugula, tomato, mozzarella and Sriracha.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE BURGER:
  • 1 pound 93% Lean Ground Beef, Divided
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 slices Ciabatta Bread (your Preferred Sandwich Thickness)
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • ½ cups Arugula
  • FOR THE SAUCE:
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Sriracha
  • ¼ cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Light Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Form ground beef into 2 patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Season patties with salt and pepper. Place patties in pan and cook 3-3.5 minutes per side for medium rare. Cook 4-4.5 minutes per side for medium. Once flipped to the second side, add a slice of cheese. Once it’s finished cooking and the cheese is melted, remove patties to a plate. Let them rest for 5 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, toast bread using your preferred method until it is golden brown on the edges and crunchy. Make sauce by mixing all ingredients together in a small bowl.

3. Assemble burger: Take a generous amount of sauce and spread it over the bottom bun. Place patty on top. Add 2 slices of tomato and arugula. Add a bit more sauce on top bun. Place it on the burger. Serve with seasoned fries. Enjoy!
