Moist, flavorful summer treat from the grill.
Mix all ingredients together shortly before grilling. This mixture will also keep for a day or so, but it is best mixed fresh.
Separate into equal portions and press into patties that are about 3/4 inch thick. Grill according to your preference.
You can make 16 quarter pound burgers, 12 third pound burgers and 8 half pound burgers. This is a big recipe for a crowd, so you can cut it down for smaller groups.
