Easy take on a traditional Chinese Fav!
Cut beef into bite size piece. Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate. You may choose to spoon out some of the excess oil after meat is browned.
Add soup, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic powder. Heat to a boil. Add broccoli and carrots cook until tender-crisp. (If you use frozen broccoli, cook in microwave according to directions and toss in with grated carrots ) Serve over rice.

My fiance and I make this dish all the time and we absolutely love it! It’s so easy to make and pretty healthy. Instead of oil, we usually just spray the skillet and let the beef cook in its own juices.
