This is a simple, cheap and healthy recipe.
1. In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, garlic, onion, pepper, and brown sugar. Add the beef and marinate for 10 minutes.
2. In a large wok or skillet over medium heat, warm the oil. Add the beef, marinade, and broccoli, and saute until the meat is cooked to your liking, stirring occasionally. Add a little water if there’s not enough liquid in the pan.
