A perfect recipe for any grill day.
Mix the marinade ingredients together. Add cubed meat. Coat throughly and marinate for at least 2 hours, overnight preferably.
If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 30 minutes before assembling kabobs.
Remove meat from fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Prepare kabobs by threading the meat and vegetables onto skewers.
Grill directly over high heat for 2 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium and grill for an additional 15 minutes.
