BBQ Beef Cheese Melts

Description
Now who doesn’t love gooey cheese on top of BBQ sauce and roast beef? This is a good way to use up leftover roast beef, which we always have with only 2 people in the house. I paired this with Ree’s onion strings and it was a hit.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Buns
- 2 Tablespoons Horseradish Sauce (or You Could Use Mayonnaise Too If You Don't Care For Horseradish)
- ½ cups Beef Shredded Or Slices Of Deli Roast Beef
- 2 Tablespoons BBQ Sauce
- ½ cups Shredded Cheese
Preparation
Slice buns in half and then spread on horseradish sauce or mayo, whichever you prefer. Use as much or as little sauce as you like. Then add a layer of roast beef. I like a lot of beef so I use quite a bit. Then drizzle on some of your favorite BBQ sauce and top with some shredded cheese, either marble or cheddar is perfect. Put under the broiler for 5 mins, or until cheese is bubbly and enjoy!
