This is the perfect recipe for any tough steaks (game or beef)! Also, a friend said it is great for chicken! Very yummy and easy.
Heat oil in a fry pan.
Dredge steaks in flour and brown on both sides.
Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
Add the sauce to the steaks.
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 – 2 hours, or until fork tender.
Serve with mashed potatoes and use the sauce as a “gravy.”
