You will not be disappointed! The meat comes out so tender and almost tastes like candy. I use this for kabobs and add big chunks of fresh pineapple and mushrooms.
Combine orange juice, pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, olive oil, seasoning salt, oregano, and garlic. Cut onion, bell peppers, and meat into big chunks. Add onion, bell peppers, and meat to the marinade and refrigerate overnight in a sealed container (or Ziploc bag).
Skewer meat and veggies and grill till veggies are tender, chicken is cooked through, and beef is cooked to desired doneness.
I usually double the marinade because I like the meat and veggies to be completely submerged in the yumminess. I also usually add big chunks of fresh pineapple and fresh mushrooms, but I don’t marinate them.
This recipe is so versatile. The kabobs can be served over greens as a salad or served with sides like potatoes. Instead of kabobs, you can marinate the meat whole, grill, and cut into slices for fajitas.
The longer it marinates, the sweeter and more tender it is. Enjoy!
