A non-traditional meatloaf with balsamic vinegar. Yum!
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Whisk the egg in a large bowl. Add all the other ingredients, and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
At this point, decide if you would like to use a muffin pan (9), mini loaf pans (5), or the old traditional large loaf pan.
Whichever method you choose, divide the mixture evenly into your pan of choice. Bake in your preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Flip them onto your plate with a salad and mashed potatoes, and I’d say you’ve got a pretty good dinner.
