Walnut Crescents

Description
Melt in your mouth “biscochitos” type cookie. Wonderfully easy during the holidays.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Real Butter (Room Temperature)
- ½ cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1-¾ cup Flour, All Purpose
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
Preparation
1. Mix butter, powdered sugar and vanilla well.
2. Add flour and chopped walnuts (we prefer pecans) .
3. Bake at 300 degrees in preheated oven, until slightly brown. 5-8 minutes
4. Roll in powdered sugar while hot

I just made these and they are delicious!!! However, I will have to make some again soon because mine fell apart while rolling them in the powdered sugar. I ate them with a spoon
