Description

Oreos stuffed between peanut butter chocolate chip dough? Heck yes!

A combination of peanut butter and vanilla sugar makes this better than the competition!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Softened Butter
  • ¾ cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup White Sugar - Flavored With Vanilla Pod
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • ½ cups Jif Peanut Bitter - Smooth
  • 3-⅓ cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 bag (12 Oz. Bag) Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1 bag (18 Oz. Bag) Oreo Cookies

Preparation

In your mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla. Finally, add in your peanut butter.

In a separate bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients along with the chips.

Slowly incorporate the dry into the wet. Only mix until combined.

Using a tablespoon or an ice cream scoop, take a glob of dough and place an Oreo on one side. Then grab a smaller scoop for the top. Press the dough around the cookie and seal the seams.

Bake in a 350ºF oven on a silicone mat or parchment paper, for about 13 minutes or until lightly browned. Then let cool until you can no longer stand it and enjoy!

Love the title, love the recipe idea! I’ve been putting a mini Snickers inside my peanut butter cookies for years, but now I’ve got to try this. A turducken is so over the top, this recipe is too – I love it!
