The best ever vegan chocolate chunk cookies with soft and chewy centers and tons of chocolate. Delicious cookies that everyone will love!
Cream softened butter with sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in almond milk and vanilla.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined; dough will be soft. Fold in chopped chocolate. Refrigerate dough 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Drop dough into rounded tablespoons on prepared cookie sheet. Bake 10–12 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes on baking sheet before transferring to cooling rack.

Simple Lunch on 8.30.2017
These are DELICIOUS! I was looking for something like this for a long time, because of how dedicated I am to staying purely vegan. I loved how puffy and crunchy they are when finished, compared to other popular vegan cookie recepies out there. When cookies are very moist and dont even feel like cookies. I mean cookies must be crunchy, thats the whole point of it, right?
