A yummy chocolate chip cookie with a hint of cinnamon and ginger, rolled in confectioner’s sugar. My kids beg me to make these! Great for the holidays.
1. Cream butter and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla, beat well.
2. Mix together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger. Blend well.
3. Combine the dry ingredients with the butter mixture.
4. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
5. Chill for one hour.
6. Form into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.
7. Bake at 375ºF on an ungreased cookie sheet for 8–10 minutes.
