This my go-to rolled sugar cookie recipe. As far as servings go…your mileage may vary, it really depends on your cookie cutters.
In medium mixin’ bowl whisk together flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar, set aside.
In a large mixin’ bowl cream butter and powdered sugar, beat in egg, vanilla and almond extract.
Stir in dry ingredients until combined.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll out dough and cut with cutesy cookie cutters.
Bake at 365 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
