Patriotic berry-topped Cookie Tarts for your Fourth of July feast—super easy and beautiful on a platter!
Whisk together in a mixing bowl the powdered sugar, salt, extract and cream cheese.
Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture. Use immediately, or cover and chill until ready to use.
To assemble the cookie tarts, spread each sugar cookie with the cream cheese mixture and then top with berries.
