Made these for Easter using a Ghirardelli brownie mix and they are to die for!

I did this using a homemade brownie recipe (look up Killer Brownies). They were Ah-maze-ing! I could eat the topping by the spoonful! Next time I will melt the cream cheese and PB a little as it didn’t melt down in the oven like I assumed it would (stayed plopped on top). Still delish, though!

So amazingly delicious! I served with a medium rosette of cream cheese frosting on top…a big hit! Will definately be making these again!!!

I used Betty Crocker’s Low-Fat Fudge Brownie mix. It turned out pretty well!

This sounds great – I am going to try this and use the low-fat ingredients!! Thank you for sharing! What low-fat brownie mix did you use?
