Ok, these are just an excuse to eat cookies for breakfast. It’s more like if you make these today, they’ll be gone by breakfast tomorrow morning!
Beat together margarine, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Mix in whole wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Fold in oats, craisins, and coconut.
Spoon onto baking sheet (12 cookies to a sheet).
Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
Makes 36 cookies.
