The perfect cookie for your late night snack attack. Single-serve, no-bake and lots of chocolate.
Combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small bowl and microwave on half power in 30 second increments until melted. Stir until smooth. Add in the oats and cereal and stir until well combined.
Use an ice cream scoop or two spoons to drop 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture on parchment paper, foil, or a plate. Pop in the freezer for about a minute to harden. Enjoy!
