Creamy flavored Biscoff candy rolled in white chocolate makes a great no bake treat!
Prepare two cookie sheets by lining them with parchment paper or waxed paper. Set aside.
In a medium sized bowl sift the powdered sugar. Set aside.
In a large bowl combine the Biscoff spread and butter and mix until you have a smooth consistency. Add the powdered sugar into the mixture and stir. Your mixture will become like a dough.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on prepared cookie sheets. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Melt white chocolate and vegetable shortening in the top of a double boiler. Take one cookie sheet out at a time.
When chocolate is melted add one ball at a time and coat completely with chocolate. Lay the coated balls back onto your cookie sheet and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Repeat with the second sheet once you are done with the first. Enjoy!
