Description

Chocolate Chip Cookies that are both healthy and delicious. Yes, it’s possible!

Ingredients

  • 2-⅔ ounces, weight Wheat Flour And Oat Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Almond Milk
  • ½ teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tablespoons Mini Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line 1 baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Set aside until needed.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add the olive oil, almond milk, and vanilla; stir to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Using a cookie scoop, scoop tablespoonfuls of dough into your hands and then shape the dough ball into a flat disk, about ¼-inch thick. Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the cookies for 5 minutes and then, using a flat spatula, press down the cookies to flatten them. Bake for another 2 minutes and then remove from the oven.

Allow the cookies cool on the baking sheet until warm or at room temperature. Serve and enjoy!

These cookies last up to 5 days in a sealed container.

I was wondering what the flour measurement would be in cups?
