Description

Sweet, salty, crunchy and chewy. In other words, the perfect cookie.

Ingredients

  • 2-¼ cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Butter, Softened
  • ¾ cups Granulated Sugar
  • ¾ cups Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 cups Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1 box (about 7.5 Oz. Size) Fudge Covered Ritz Cookies, Crushed

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF, and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, soda and salt.
3. In the bowl of a mixer, cream butter and sugars until creamy. Add in vanilla, then eggs, one at a time.
4. Slowly mix flour mixture into wet ingredients, until all ingredients are incorporated.
5. Stir chocolate chips and crushed crackers (you don’t want crumbs, rather nice chunks of cracker) into the cookie dough until just combined.
6. For jumbo cookies, press about 2 tablespoons of dough into each muffin top slot, then bake for 12-15 minutes. For regular cookies, scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough onto the prepared cookie sheet, then bake for 10-12 minutes.
7. Cool cookies on a wire rack.
