Description

This may seem like a silly recipe because it’s so easy. But I’m posting this anyway in case you’re a novice or are trying to find a perfect combination/ratio for whipped cream. I love a good heaping spoon of whipped cream! I love whipped cream with fruit or on a nice hot cup of chocolate or coffee.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 4 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 2-½ teaspoons Vanilla

Preparation

1. Pour all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Blend using a stand or electric mixer until peaks form.
3. Use as a garnish for your favorite foods!

I want to try this with strawberries and crepes…I’m tired of the canned stuff! And for once I have heavy cream on hand!

Might I suggest half whipping your cream so that it is still pourable and then pour it over the back of a spoon into a cup of lovely hot chocolate. It’s heavenly.
