Coconut milk and pineapple are the perfect creamy and sweet tropical combination to cool off with this summer!
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and insert the popsicle sticks. Freeze the popsicles overnight before eating.
Notes:
1. When making the yogurt pops fresh or frozen pineapple is best to use. I don’t recommend canned pineapple.
2. Number of pops will depend on the size of your popsicle molds. With my mold, it made 8.
