These smooth, delicious cookies satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth, and the wild color make them a favorite with the little ones.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Thaw raspberries in water, drain well.
Beat butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla together in a large mixing bowl. Add flour and salt, mixing until well combined. Stir in oats, chocolate, and raspberries.
Bake rounded spoonfuls of dough for 16 minutes, or until lightly browned on the underside of the cookies. Enjoy!
