Description

A quick and perfect afternoon treat that will satisfy your chocolate craving without undoing your whole diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tablespoon Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Non-fat Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Oats

Preparation

Add first three ingredients to a small bowl or custard cup. Heat in microwave at 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted. Stir together until well-blended and then add oats.

Eat right out of the bowl with a spoon and enjoy your small chocolate indulgence!

This is a healthier way to satisfy my chocolate craving, and so quick and easy to make! (I added a tablespoon of Chia Seeds too)
