A quick and perfect afternoon treat that will satisfy your chocolate craving without undoing your whole diet.
Add first three ingredients to a small bowl or custard cup. Heat in microwave at 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted. Stir together until well-blended and then add oats.
Eat right out of the bowl with a spoon and enjoy your small chocolate indulgence!

I’m glad it worked out for you! And I know what you mean, when there’s absolutely nothing sweet in the house I make this… but it could be a bad thing.
