First, preheat the oven to 350 F.
In a medium bowl, whisk all the ingredients together (everything except the cranberries and chocolate chips). When all the ingredients are combined, add the chocolate chips and cranberries and mix well.
Scoop 1 tablespoon-sized scoops of the batter onto a baking tray lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Space them an inch or two apart.
Bake for 9 minutes. Remove from oven. Let them cool completely before removing them from the baking sheet.
Makes 22 cookies.
